I received my Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Seoul National University, where I worked in the Data Mining Lab under the guidance of Prof. U Kang.

My research sits at the intersection of deep learning and reinforcement learning, with a focus on generative models and their application to financial decision-making — portfolio optimization, risk-aware allocation, and robust prediction under distribution shift. Before SNU, I studied Mathematics and Computer Science at Purdue University.
